Description
Assent is hiring a Software Developer in Test (SDET) to bridge Product and Engineering by translating business requirements into test strategies, leading exploratory and business-flow testing, and building scalable automated tests across API, UI, performance, and end-to-end layers. The role also covers CI/CD improvements, defect triage, root-cause analysis, release-readiness reviews, and ISO9001/SOC2 traceability. Candidates should have at least three years of software testing or development experience with strong automation, experience with C#, Playwright, and performance tools, and familiarity with SaaS web applications and monitoring tools. The position follows a remote-first model with occasional onsite work for employees near the company's global offices or co-working spaces.
