Smile Digital Health is hiring an Intermediate Software Developer to support the full software development lifecycle for healthcare data applications. The role involves designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining web-based and middleware solutions; evaluating requirements and technical designs; participating in code reviews; resolving complex technical challenges; and contributing to development best practices. Required experience includes at least five years of full-cycle software development, Java and Spring, RESTful APIs, relational databases, Git, CI, Docker, and DevOps practices. Healthcare, HL7/FHIR, and full-stack development experience are preferred or advantageous. The position offers a remote work environment and health and medical benefits.
