Description
Octasic is hiring a Wireless Protocol Stack Engineer to develop, maintain, and evolve customized LTE/5G NR NodeB protocol stack software for mission-critical Search & Rescue solutions. The role covers Layer 1 Control, MAC, RLC, PDCP, RRC, and NAS development; software design, testing, integration, release, architecture review, performance and reliability improvements, root-cause analysis, customer and field issue resolution, proof-of-concept and prototype development, technical documentation, and team coaching. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, 8–10 years of LTE and/or 5G NR protocol stack development experience, strong C/C++ and embedded systems skills, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
