Description
The employer is hiring a Software Developer (m/f/d) Simulation for a customer at the Aalen site, working with HENSOLDT Optronics GmbH in Oberkochen. The role develops and extends C++ modules in Unreal Engine and adjacent simulation software, integrates interface emulators, optimizes software performance, contributes to build automation and CI/CD on Windows and Linux, and supports containerization and deployment in virtualized environments. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, strong C++ and Unreal Engine skills, knowledge of German and English, and experience with Blueprints, multimedia frameworks, agile development, performance optimization, and containerization.
