BPA is hiring a Software Developer / Programmer 3 for a contract full-time equivalent assignment in Portland, Oregon. The role develops and maintains enterprise software for power scheduling and critical business systems, including C#/.NET applications, REST APIs, Angular and React front ends, SQL Server databases, PowerShell automation, and CI/CD pipelines. The position works within an Agile team, provides production and backup support, mentors team members, and may assume a technical lead role. It requires substantial software development experience, a degree in a related field or seven years of experience without one, and offers routine telework with three days onsite per two weeks.
