Description
The role designs, develops, and maintains software for image-guided navigation platforms using modern C++. Responsibilities include owning tracking, computer vision, and 3D rendering areas; producing maintainable code; debugging and optimizing performance and reliability; coordinating with software, systems, and clinical teams; and documenting work for medical device regulatory requirements. The position requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant discipline, at least five years of professional C++ development experience, and hands-on experience with real-time 3D tracking, computer vision, GPU rendering, image registration, SLAM, structure-from-motion, or photogrammetry. It is a full-time role based in Bern.
