Blue Sky Innovators is hiring a Software Developer to support ground software development for a satellite program. The role involves designing, developing, testing, integrating, deploying, and maintaining mission-critical Python ground software; collaborating with engineers, program managers, and government stakeholders; participating in code reviews and verification activities; troubleshooting defects; and supporting technical documentation and program milestones. The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph, a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least five years of flight software development experience, Python proficiency, and full-time on-site work in Alexandria, Virginia. The salary range is $150,000 to $200,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
