Description
The role leads technical efforts supporting an enterprise IT model covering talent, learning and training compliance, foreign-language development, recruiting, selection, and performance management. Responsibilities include leading a technical team, communicating with the Sponsor, developing and modernizing web applications, systems, APIs, databases, and services, managing enterprise software and IT support, developing documentation, and applying Agile and accessibility standards. The position requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, strong Java and AWS/cloud development experience, ServiceNow experience, and knowledge of the full system accreditation lifecycle.
