Description
The SME Software Developer will support a customer’s enterprise architecture and modernization efforts by reviewing secure and unsecure systems, assessing technology lifecycle and modernization opportunities, developing architecture roadmaps and reference architectures, and preparing executive decision packages. The role also builds and extends ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, PPM configurations, authorization and assessment processes, and related automation, while leading process mapping, user acceptance testing, training, workshops, and documentation. The position requires enterprise architecture leadership experience, technology strategy and modernization expertise, and demonstrated ServiceNow implementation experience; it also requires United States citizenship and an active or current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
