Inter is hiring a Software Engineering Specialist to serve as a technical reference for its Digital Account team, leading architecture, standards, modernization, and high-impact technical decisions. The role involves developing scalable solutions with Java and Python, microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native applications, performance optimization, and collaboration across agile teams. Required qualifications include strong Java and Python experience, microservices, TDD, DDD, Clean Code, Hexagonal Architecture, Git, Spring Boot or Micronaut, Kafka, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, relational and NoSQL databases, and API management. Preferred experience includes artificial intelligence, Spark, high-scale transaction environments, and fintech or large technology company backgrounds.
