Contour is hiring a Software Engineer (Technical Support) to monitor and troubleshoot production systems, perform root cause analysis, respond to critical incidents, support technical integrations, write bug fixes, and improve production support processes. The role requires relational database and RESTful service experience, C# and .NET Core proficiency, Microsoft Azure cloud-native development, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
