Grip Security is hiring a Software Developer Team Lead to join its R&D organization and lead the design and development of large-scale, data-oriented applications for its SaaS security platform. The role manages full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on, contributes to system architecture and technological innovation, and owns projects from requirements through production monitoring. The position requires at least seven years of full-stack development experience, including three years as a team lead, along with experience in cloud architecture, distributed systems, CI/CD, microservices, and the listed technology stack.
