Synopsys is hiring a full-time, six-month in-office internship in Lyon, France, for its optiSLang development team. The intern will research and develop optimization algorithms, metamodel techniques, and machine learning applications; implement algorithmic prototypes in C++ and Python; create test cases and automated benchmarks; and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The role requires a Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science, familiarity with numerical methods and surrogate modeling, and experience with Python, NumPy, SciPy, and related software-development environments.
