Description
The Software Development Architect – Medical Devices will define, lead, and evolve software architectures for regulated medical-device solutions using Spring Boot, PC-based architectures, and cloud/microservices environments. The role covers high-level architecture, requirements translation, subsystem interfaces, event-driven and asynchronous communication, integration, software risk, cybersecurity, compliance with IEC standards, documentation, and technical leadership. It is based in Barcelona in a hybrid format and requires a degree or master's in Computer Engineering or similar, more than 10 years of software development experience, more than 5 years as an architect, and extensive experience with complex regulated or critical-system architectures.
