Description
The Software Engineering Manager will lead and develop a software engineering team, coordinate development and application support activities, manage delivery capacity and priorities, and ensure secure, scalable, resilient, and high-quality technology solutions. The role includes translating business requirements into technical solutions, participating in architecture reviews, supporting complex problem-solving, enforcing software engineering and DevSecOps practices, managing incidents and technical debt, and collaborating with Architecture, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, Product, and Project Management teams.
