Description
The SDE 3 will autonomously lead the design, scaling, and implementation of core backend systems and distributed data infrastructure. Responsibilities include complex backend features, distributed microservices, asynchronous REST APIs, event-driven data pipelines, real-time integrations, serverless functions, caching, error handling, database migrations, authentication and authorization, cloud infrastructure, observability, automated testing, performance profiling, and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers. The role requires at least six years of professional software development experience, including three years with high-level backend languages and two years scaling production distributed systems.
