Description
Adobe is hiring a Senior Quality Lead to own quality strategy and execution for a native Windows desktop application. The role leads and mentors quality engineers, owns testing for performance, memory, CPU pressure, inter-process communication, and stability, and partners with engineering and product teams to embed quality early and surface optimization opportunities. Candidates need 10+ years of software quality engineering experience, significant native Windows desktop testing experience, team leadership experience, and strong communication skills; desktop test automation, crash reporting, telemetry, and creative-software experience are preferred.
