Description
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable fulfillment services and APIs for its Quick Commerce under-the-roof fulfillment stack. The role covers inbound receiving, guided stowing, picking, staging, last-mile handoff, operational controls, and systems involving Amazon sites and third-party partners. The engineer will collaborate with senior and principal engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders; participate in code reviews and technical planning; improve system performance, reliability, and operational efficiency; mentor junior engineers; and work in a fast-paced agile environment. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and experience with at least one programming language.
