Amazon Web Services is hiring a Software Development Engineer to design, build, and operate On-Instance Software services and agents that provision and maintain secure WorkSpaces for humans and AI agents across Windows and Linux. The role owns end-to-end delivery from design through deployment and operations, with emphasis on identity security, agent unification, low-latency high-availability provisioning, automated testing, pipeline-based deployment, and autonomous troubleshooting. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
