Description
AWS is hiring a Software Development Engineer for its Network Backbone organization to design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software services supporting software-defined networks and the global AWS network backbone. The role involves distributed systems development, automation, cross-team collaboration, on-call support, and occasional travel to data centers and customer offices. It requires at least three years of professional software development experience and one year of experience with large-scale distributed or embedded software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl; full software development life-cycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent are preferred.
