Ring is hiring a Software Development Engineer to join the AI transformation of customer-support activities. The role owns the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of tools and cloud services supporting customer support and engineers, including AI-automation features, user-experience improvements, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. The position is based in Hawthorne and requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
