AWS AppSync is seeking a Software Development Engineer to independently design, implement, test, and operate features and components of its GraphQL and Pub/Sub API service. The role owns end-to-end delivery, contributes to technical design and code reviews, and improves operational excellence, security, and quality. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and experience with at least one programming language; full software development life-cycle experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science are preferred. The position is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with a base salary of CAD 114,800 to 191,800 annually.
