The role partners with satellite, network, and security engineering teams and covers customer lifecycle management, identity and account management, subscriber management, user provisioning, billing and payments, customer and technical support tools, offer management, and customer metrics and analytics. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, and experience with at least one programming language; the position is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD annually.
