Description
The Software Development Engineer will lead the technical strategy, design, build, and operation of AWS Trainium-based AI infrastructure, including UltraServer provisioning and availability. The role involves architecting large-scale systems, building microservices, collaborating with capacity management, hardware engineering, and datacenter teams, and solving complex performance challenges for AI/ML workloads. It requires at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, system design or architecture leadership, and team or mentorship experience. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of 168,100 to 227,400 USD annually.
