The Software Development Engineer will define, build, and support the system design, architecture, and software for Ring IoT products. The role involves gathering requirements, designing and implementing features, participating in agile development, solving complex embedded-systems and algorithm problems, developing C/C++ embedded software, and improving development processes. It requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, programming experience, and two years of networking and embedded-systems experience. The position is based in Sunnyvale, California, with a base salary of $165,200 to $223,600 annually.
