AWS Infrastructure Services is hiring a Software Development Engineer to build and operate large-scale distributed systems for AWS infrastructure fulfillment planning and execution. The role covers rack building and landing, plan-to-execution convergence, fulfillment explainability, and intelligent systems that detect and explain deviations between planned and actual execution. The engineer will work on distributed systems at global scale using modern AWS-native architectures, mentor engineers, and collaborate with demand planning, supply chain operations, and partner engineering teams. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia, with a base salary of 143,700.00–194,400.00 USD annually.
