Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer for the Data Platform team within Amazon Leo Commerce. The role designs and implements globally available distributed cloud architectures, core ETL capabilities, schema evolution systems, reference architectures, and data quality frameworks; owns operational excellence for components; and partners with commerce, networking, and satellite teams. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with distributed software and at least one programming language. The role is based in Redmond, Washington, with a base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD annually.
