Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer for its Ring Quick Action Service (QAS) team to build and scale systems that collect, store, analyze, and manage large data sets across Ring devices, mobile apps, and cloud services. The role owns the technical lifecycle of team services, develops data automation and self-service tools, supports integrations and log analytics, implements predictive monitoring and testing, and contributes to security, operational excellence, and cloud-optimized architecture. It requires at least three years of professional software development experience, experience with distributed systems and large-scale data, and proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or Go.
