UKG is hiring a Software Development Engineer (P2) for its Shared Services team within Employee Solutions & Experience. The role focuses on advancing quality engineering through modern test automation, reusable frameworks, CI/CD integration, observability, and AI-assisted development. Responsibilities include building browser, API, integration, contract, accessibility, and end-to-end automation; maintaining reliable test infrastructure; diagnosing failures; and collaborating with development, DevOps, product, and quality teams. The position requires at least two years of relevant software development or quality engineering experience and proficiency with languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#, along with browser and API testing experience.
