Description
AWS is hiring a serverless database migration engineer to design and operate scalable microservices and agentic workflows for migrating database workloads to Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL and Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL. The role covers assessment, schema conversion, data movement, operational excellence, incident response, architecture, code reviews, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring SDE Is. Basic qualifications include professional software development experience, systems design or architecture experience, and programming experience with at least one language; a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent and full software development lifecycle experience are preferred.
