Description
Apple is hiring a Software Development Engineer - Data for its Reporting & Data Models team to modernize and automate legacy data pipelines, build new reporting solutions, maintain complex reporting systems across Oracle and cloud-native platforms, and deliver legally required compliance extracts. The role involves migrating workloads to modern orchestration and cloud infrastructure, troubleshooting production data issues, maintaining data models and datasets, and contributing to AI-assisted data tooling. Candidates need at least one year of relevant software or data engineering experience, strong Spark, SQL, Hadoop, Flink, Java/Scala, pipeline, CI/CD, and Kubernetes experience, and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent production engineering track record.
