The Commerce Engineering team is hiring an experienced software engineer to lead data architecture and technical compliance efforts across the commerce landscape. The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines and storage solutions, ensuring data quality and observability, enabling analytics, reporting, insights, and machine learning, and optimizing data accessibility and performance. The engineer will work with high-volume commerce data, event instrumentation, data pipelines, datasets, backend services, and privacy-safe data handling, while evaluating new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
