Description
Amazon's Cosmos team is hiring a Software Development Engineer I to build and scale real-time data infrastructure for robotic workcell telemetry. The role develops event ingestion, streaming, and data-lake components using Java, TypeScript, CDK, Kinesis, Flink, and Athena; collaborates with robotics, operations, and business intelligence teams; and supports monitoring, on-call operations, code reviews, and distributed-system troubleshooting. The position requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and experience with large-scale distributed software. The role is based in Westboro, Massachusetts, with a base salary of 143,700 to 194,400 USD annually.
