Description
Amazon is hiring a Software Development Engineer II for its Leo Customer Terminal Application and Networking Team. The role designs and builds on-device software for customer terminals deployed in the field, improving internet connection reliability, enabling self-service diagnostics, delivering fleet health data, and debugging hardware, software, and cloud issues. The engineer will own features end to end, including design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment, and validation, while collaborating with hardware, firmware, networking, and cloud teams. The position requires substantial software development and embedded or distributed systems experience, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, or refugee/asylum status.
