Capital Group is hiring a Software Engineer for its Investment Group Technologies organization to build systems, services, and tools supporting investment portfolio management and construction at scale. The role involves writing code in languages such as TypeScript, Python, and Java; using AWS technologies; collaborating with customers and engineering teams; improving software quality through instrumentation and observability; influencing technical decisions; and applying AI to deliver insights. Candidates should have a computer science degree or equivalent experience, software development experience, cloud and data architecture experience, and knowledge of software engineering practices.
