Description
The Software Development Engineer will build AI-native systems for quantum device research and fabrication, including data lakes and pipelines, machine-learning workflows, LLM-powered tools, autonomous agents, defect-detection and yield-prediction systems, and design-of-experiment recommendation engines. The role partners with scientists, process engineers, and hardware teams, owns system reliability and operational health, and contributes to the technical direction of the Device Lifecycle team. It requires at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, three years of object-oriented design experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience with at least one programming language.
