Description
Amazon Enterprise Engineering is hiring a Software Development Engineer to build and operate a self-service data governance platform for employee data access, classification, auditing, and privacy enforcement. The role covers the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architecture, coding, testing, deployment, operational support, code reviews, reliability improvements, and collaboration with Legal, Privacy, and Security stakeholders. The engineer will also evaluate generative artificial intelligence capabilities and work across a consumer-facing portal, policy rules engine, data classification pipeline, replication pipelines, and secure analytics environment.
