AWS is hiring a Software Development Engineer III for its Frontier ADC team to build, operate, and improve AWS Frontier AI services in GovCloud and isolated environments. The role owns technical strategy and architecture, leads complex troubleshooting and post-mortems, develops tools in Java or Python, mentors junior engineers, and supports security campaigns and operational automation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or CSSLP, at least five years of professional software development experience, five years of programming experience, five years of design or architecture leadership experience, and an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
