Description
The Software Development Engineer III will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable software systems for AWS Cloudscape, including the AWS Management Console builders experience and the Cora builder experience. The role owns architectural direction, evaluates tradeoffs across scalability, maintainability, performance, and security, collaborates with cross-functional teams, mentors engineers, and influences product roadmap decisions. It requires at least five years of professional software development experience, programming experience, leading design or architecture experience, and experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. The position is available in East Palo Alto, California, and Seattle, Washington, with base salaries of $193,300 to $261,500 annually in California and $168,100 to $227,400 annually in Washington.
