HighLevel is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale the backend systems and frontend interfaces for the Threads & Composer experience within HighLevel Conversations. The role focuses on Node.js/NestJS services, REST APIs, MongoDB/Firestore data modeling, scalability, resilience, Vue 3 frontend integration, observability, testing, production incident response, and mentorship. It requires at least four years of professional engineering experience, with backend-heavy full-stack work preferred, and involves work across GCP infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
