HighLevel is hiring a Software Development Engineer III for its LC Phone System platform team. The role is backend-heavy and focuses on improving platform stability, scalability, performance, security, compliance, developer velocity, and long-term technical excellence across phone-number purchasing, messaging, calling, and related services. The position requires strong experience with backend engineering, distributed systems, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, relational and NoSQL data models, microservices, CI/CD, and mentoring, with preferred experience in AI tools, open-source/internal platform contributions, and modern frontend frameworks for full-stack work.
