ID.me is hiring a Software Development Engineer III – Test Infrastructure for its Quality Engineering team in Mountain View, California. The role builds and maintains Playwright, Python, Jest, and API automation frameworks; develops end-to-end, integration, and security tests; supports testing-in-production practices such as canary releases and progressive rollouts; integrates tests into CI/CD pipelines; and collaborates with engineering, product, and security teams. The position requires at least four years of software engineering experience in modern web applications and distributed systems, along with proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or Java and hands-on experience with Playwright, Jest, API automation, and CI/CD integration.
