Description
The role leads quality assurance automation and framework creation for Alexa’s multi-locale experience, working with engineers, product managers, designers, locale experts, and business teams. Responsibilities include establishing scalable testing frameworks, architecting internationalization testing approaches, building agentic tooling for synthetic test generation, multimodal response validation, and cultural and linguistic assessment, and creating quality, technical operations, and system-performance metrics. The position requires at least four years of professional software development testing experience, two years of test automation framework experience, programming in a modern object-oriented language, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment experience, and platform-level security hardening experience for Linux and Windows.
