DTCC is hiring an Associate Director, Test Engineer to lead enterprise-wide testing strategy and automation for data governance, metadata management, and AI-driven data initiatives. The role owns release quality, production readiness, test coverage, defect and risk management, non-functional testing, and governance compliance while mentoring SDETs and test engineers and partnering with Agile squads. It requires at least eight years of related experience, with a bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience, and offers a hybrid model of three onsite days and two remote days.
