Apple is hiring a Software Developer In Test for its Services Engineering AI/ML quality organization. The role focuses on designing and maintaining automation tests, testing frameworks, and tooling for backend services, machine learning models, and pipelines; improving CI/CD and quality-gate practices; partnering with cross-functional teams; identifying process and architecture improvements; and mentoring junior team members. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree with at least five years of software development or test automation experience, or a master’s degree with at least three years, including at least three years leading complex distributed systems, along with Java, Python, or similar programming skills and experience with distributed-system testing.
