Insperity is hiring a Software Quality Engineer focused on test automation. The role designs, develops, and maintains automation frameworks; creates and executes test scripts; plans automation coverage; reviews code; evaluates test results; improves testing processes; and mentors quality-engineering teammates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, three to five years of software development and test automation experience, familiarity with automation frameworks and programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python, and knowledge of web, API, SQL, CI/CD, and related development tools.
