Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or 5 years of relevant industry experience in the United States
Required Previous Experiences: Testing web applications with Playwright, WebdriverIO, or XCUITest and maintaining scalable, reliable, and maintainable test automation
Testing RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs with automated frameworks and understanding API design principles
Working with CI/test infrastructure and operating CI runners or executors with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Harness
Working with vendor teams and contributing to shared processes and onboarding standards
Preferred Qualifications: Deep Playwright or WebdriverIO experience, including browser automation, fixtures, parallelization, and network interception
Familiarity with AI-assisted quality techniques, including LLM-enabled test generation, failure analysis, triage, and CI/CD quality gates
Experience improving feature testability through collaboration with software engineers and deliberate choices around mocking, dependency management, and interface validation
Cross-platform automation experience across web, native, and APIs, including techniques to reduce flakiness and improve reliability
Familiarity with deterministic test data strategies, including seeding, masked production subsets, synthetic or golden datasets, and versioning
Experience establishing documentation and knowledge-management standards across distributed or multi-vendor teams
Experience in staff augmentation or vendor rotation models, including handoff processes, interoperability standards, and tooling
Familiarity with agentic or LLM-powered workflows for operational use cases beyond test generation
Strong communication and influence skills for defining standards, aligning external teams, and explaining technical systems and tradeoffs
