Description
The Technical Lead will lead the technical design, development, implementation, and release of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems for Stock Plan Services. The role coaches a Scrum team in Java and cloud development, performs code reviews, leads proof-of-concept projects, contributes to architecture and system design, supports CI/CD and automated deployments, and coordinates with offshore teams and testers. The position is on-site four days per week in Phoenix or Southlake and requires 5–7 years of experience, a bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or a related subject, and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, cloud development, microservices, and system design.
