Description
AWS is hiring a Firmware Engineer to design, develop, validate, and deploy firmware for custom NAND-based SSDs used in AWS data centers. The role owns architecture and design tradeoffs, collaborates with hardware, software, validation, and external vendor teams, and contributes to device characterization, benchmarking, integration, and production deployment. Candidates need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least three years of professional software development and embedded firmware experience, and strong SSD and storage concepts knowledge.
