The role designs and develops scalable, secure, AWS-aligned platform features; builds AI-powered HR support capabilities; implements secure integrations; partners with product and business stakeholders; owns service reliability and incident response; and mentors junior engineers. Candidates need at least three years of professional software development experience, two years of design or architecture experience, programming experience, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
